TIMELESS Jane Doe Emissary Guide

Jane Doe is a living survivalist

TIMELESS is a released Roblox 1v8 horror game. Eight Emissaries share a nine-player server with one Entity. Jane Doe is on the living side. She is a survivalist with a corrupted arm from Mr. Doe, her husband on the hunter roster. If killer chance hands you the claw, you are not Jane. You are Mr. Doe. Play first person on that kit because the flesh model blocks third-person view, and leave this URL for the nights you queued to peel.

The mid-page video is the official OST Till Death Do Us Part (Jane Doe vs. Mr. Doe). It is the matchup theme, not a hidden ability leak. One video per page is the wiki rule; kit numbers below come from TIMELESS-side information, not from the soundtrack. Pair this sheet with the emissaries roster, how to survive, and the emissary tier list.

Jane’s job is still the Emissary job: fill generators with gas, revive on R, carry on C, and hold for help or Last 50 Seconds. Charge and Roll exist so a chase does not delete the eighth body. They do not exist so you can ignore gas.

Charge — 20 seconds, hit or eat the miss

Charge is a 20 second punch that applies Slowness II for 1.5 seconds, Helpless for 1 second, and Speed II for 2 seconds. Miss and you eat Slowness III for 3 seconds. That miss penalty is why Jane is not a panic button and not a second Guest.

Land Charge on:

  • A hunter who just committed a grab or fly, especially Kolossos Grab and 007n7 Rush.
  • A Mr. Doe Charge of his own, if you can see the claw in first-person range and you are not guessing a hallway.
  • The Entity who is standing on a downed teammate you need to revive.

Do not Charge:

  • As a greeting on a 40-stud Horror Hotel stair. The miss is Slowness III. You become the next down.
  • Into Shedletsky Block range if you somehow swapped sides in a custom. You are an Emissary; the point is still: do not punch a defensive window you cannot see.
  • During Last 50 Seconds across lasers or lightning because the punch animation looked clean. See Last 50 Seconds.

Speed II for 2 seconds after a landed hit is the leave window. Take it toward a generator or a Builderman wall, not toward a second punch.

Roll — 21 seconds, the extra self-save

Roll is 21 seconds. Guest answers a chase with coils: gravity punch Helpless 2 seconds on a 25 second cooldown, speed coil with a long windup, regen coil that lights and makes noise. Jane answers with Roll plus Charge. Roll is the extra self-save when a coil would have been Guest’s answer. It is not a teleport and not World Warp.

Roll toward tiles that break line of sight on the maps you actually loaded. Construction is small; a Roll into the same room is a joke. Starter Place and Area 51 halls reward a Roll that actually changes the wing. Yorick’s Resting Place and Horror Hotel punish a Roll into a dead plot. Crossroads, Town of Robloxia, and Hallowsville are in the live conversation after the September 2026 map pass — learn exits before you spend the 21 seconds on a cinematic tumble.

A third Jane ability has been talked about as planned. This page will not invent it. When TIMELESS ships a stable tooltip, it gets a heading. Until then, Charge and Roll are the kit.

How Jane plays in an eight

Jane belongs in stacks that already have a sentinel and still die in chase. Textbook triangle remains Guest or Jane, Shedletsky, Builderman. Jane replaces Guest when you want Charge peel more than coil mobility. Jane does not replace Shedletsky. A lobby of four Janes and no stun will watch Kolossos Grab convert every down.

If Mr. Doe is the Entity, the matchup is also a story. Do not tunnel the lore. Fill gas. The official OST on this page is flavor for that pairing, not a reason to 1v1 the claw in a courtyard. Mr. Doe Leap and Charge still delete a greedy survivalist. Play first-person awareness as the living player too: if you cannot see the claw model, you should not Charge it.

Other hunters: 007n7 swap plus Rush is a Charge timing test — wait the projectile, then punch, or you Slowness III into a fly grab. Kool Killer is a separate c00lkidd body; peel the hunter, do not look for minions that are not there. Admin can die; Jane Charge is part of that execute plan, but generators still win the round if you greed the boss-bar fantasy. Zombie King snowballs isolation; do not Roll into a far plot to die alone.

Tix: Jane is an Emissary kit, not the 950 Ellernate unlock. There are no verified public promo codes as of September 2026. Controls: Q F R T, revive R, carry C. See controls and keybinds. On 5 September 2026 the developer account said TIMELESS is no longer 16+; the Roblox listing can lag. Flashing lights remain.

Play Jane as peel that still finishes gas. Land Charge, take the Speed II leave, Roll only when the tile on the other side is real, and let the sentinel spend Slash on the hunter you just slowed. That is TIMELESS Jane Doe: a survivalist with a corrupted arm, not a second Guest, and not a page that needed to stay buried as a roster footnote.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for TIMELESS rounds, codes, and character picks.

Is Jane Doe an Entity?

No. Jane is an Emissary survivalist. Her husband Mr. Doe is the free Entity claw. If you have killer chance, you are not on this kit.

What does Jane Charge do?

20 second punch: Slowness II for 1.5 seconds, Helpless for 1 second, Speed II for 2 seconds. Miss and you take Slowness III for 3 seconds.

What does Roll do?

A 21 second self-save. It is not Guest coils and not a teleport. Roll toward a tile that actually breaks line of sight.

Why is the video an OST, not gameplay?

The official Jane film on Timeless Development is Till Death Do Us Part, the Jane vs Mr. Doe theme. This page embeds that track and keeps kit numbers in the article.

Should Jane replace Guest?

Replace Guest when you want Charge peel. Keep a sentinel such as Shedletsky. Do not lock four Janes.

Where was Jane documented before this URL?

As a section on the emissaries roster. That hub still lists BrightEyes, Nikilis, Ace, and HelperBot until they get their own pages.
