First hour in TIMELESS
Queue, pick a role, fill generators with gas, revive, carry, and play the Last 50 Seconds.
TIMELESS is already live on Roblox. You are joining a free-to-play 1v8 horror match with a nine-player server: one Entity versus eight Emissaries. On 5 September 2026 @RBLXTimelessDev said TIMELESS is no longer 16+; the Roblox listing can lag. The flashing-lights warning remains. Currency is Tix. Morphs are R6. The loop takes cues from The Disaster by OutLaikRBLX and from Left 4 Dead. This page is the first-hour route after the late August 2026 release: how to queue, what the roles mean, how generators actually get filled, when to revive or carry, and what Last 50 Seconds is for.
If you only open one other article tonight, make it controls so revive, carry, shiftlock, and POV are on keys you can hit under pressure. If you keep dying to layout, open maps next.
Queue, killer chance, and the three-map pick
Join the TIMELESS place, wait through the lobby, and watch killer chance. The player with the highest killer chance chooses from three random maps. You do not vote a full rotation. You do not pick every tileset every night. Construction, Starter Place, Area 51, Horror Hotel, and Yorickâs Resting Place are the names you will see first; more layouts are in the September 2026 balance pass. Until that pick resolves, use the lobby to check settings, emotes, and whether you are queued as Emissary or sitting on Entity chance.
Do not treat the lobby as a code farm. As of September 2026 there are no verified public promo codes. If a screenshot claims a working string, ignore it until Codes lists it. Redemption, if a code ever goes live, is a case-sensitive box in the lobby or shop, documented on how to redeem.
Pick a job, not a random morph
Emissaries split into three jobs.
- Sentinel exists to stun and interrupt. Shedletsky is the clean teaching kit: Slash stuns, Block can reflect projectiles, Fried Chicken is a small heal with limited uses. BrightEyes grapples and shields. Nikilis mixes a knife slow with a distance-scaled revolver stun.
- Support exists to drop value on the map. Builderman slams a Ban Hammer for a short Helpless, trowels a wall survivors can walk through, and blueprints a Sentry, Rocket Turret, or Dispenser. HelperBot is his creation, not a random extra killer.
- Survivalist exists to self-peel. Guest is the mobility lesson: gravity coil punch, speed coil with a long windup, regen coil that lights you up and makes noise. Jane Doe rolls and charges with a corrupted arm from Mr. Doe. Noob brings cart ride, rocket launcher, and boombox, which is why the mid-page video is a Noob lesson rather than a generic trailer.
The Entity is a fourth column, not a funny Emissary. 007n7 hunts in this game. If killer chance lands on you, switch to How to Play Entity instead of forcing survivor habits.
Generators take gas, not vibes
Emissaries win by filling generators with gas while the Entity tries to stop that work. Hiding in a corner until Last 50 Seconds is how you donate a 4K. Pair up on a generator when the killer is on the opposite wing, split when a Support has already dropped a turret or wall, and leave a generator if the chase is about to beam through it. Construction is the small teaching map for this because the gas objective is obvious and the builder Frowner plus Blune track make the space readable. Larger maps punish the same mistake harder: you can loop for a minute and still lose because seven teammates never touched gas.
Objective discipline is the whole survival guide. The first-hour version is simpler: if you can hear a generator unfinished and you are not the current chase, you should be walking toward gas, not toward a cinematic hide closet.
Revive on R, carry on C
Default PC revive is R. Default carry is C. Controller revive is B. Controller carry is D-Pad Right. Those binds are editable, and R is also listed among the four ability keys, so open settings before your first real chase and make sure revive is not buried under an ability you spam. The keybinds tool is the one-page copy of the same chart.
Revive in cover. Body-block the downed player if a Sentinel can buy a second. Carry when the downed body is in a doorway the Entity can rehit for free, or when you need to move someone off a fire, poison, or laser line. Do not start a revive in the open just because the prompt appeared. A failed revive is two bodies for Kolossos or Mr. Doe to convert into a snowball.
Last 50 Seconds is a different match
If enough of the lobby is still up, TIMELESS can dump you into Last 50 Seconds. Some hazards only exist in that window. The Starter Place Final 50 even swaps the music to NOT YOUR HOME. Play for exit routes, not for a perfect last generator, and do not greed a revive on a body that is already sitting on lightning or a powerline. Details and per-map notes are on maps and the dedicated Last 50 Seconds guide.
First-hour checklist
- Confirm you launched the live TIMELESS place, not an old intermission test. The game released around late August 2026 and still receives patches; release and patch notes are the changelog trail.
- Rebind shiftlock (Left Ctrl / D-Pad Up), POV (V), revive, and carry. Then play one match without touching emote or chat wheel.
- Lock one Survivalist (Guest or Jane Doe) and one Sentinel (Shedletsky). Ignore the rest of the roster until those two jobs feel automatic.
- Play Construction or Starter Place with generators as the only success metric. Count how many times you touched gas versus how many times you hid.
- If you become the Entity, spend the round pressuring generators instead of tunneling the first person you see. Read Entity play after the match, not during it.
- Skip code videos. Check Codes once, join Discord links for real drops, and come back to this Guides Hub when a patch shifts a kit.
TIMELESS will still feel large after that hour because the maps are large and the roster is wide. The point of the first hour is not to main every morph. It is to queue without confusion, fill gas on purpose, spend R and C on purpose, and recognize Last 50 Seconds as a second match inside the first.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for TIMELESS rounds, codes, and character picks.
How big is a TIMELESS server?
Nine players: one Entity and eight Emissaries. It is online Roblox 1v8, not a solo story mode and not local split-screen.
What should I do in my first match?
Fill generators with gas, keep controls on muscle memory, and only hide long enough to break line of sight. Then read how to survive for looping and body blocks.
Who picks the map?
The player with the highest killer chance picks from three random maps. Learn the layouts on maps so that pick is not a surprise.
Are there working TIMELESS codes right now?
Can I play 007n7 as a survivor?
Not in TIMELESS. 007n7 is an Entity kit here. Queue Entity or open How to Play Entity.
What is Last 50 Seconds?
A late-round escape window where extra hazards can appear. It is documented with the tilesets in the maps guide, not as a separate mode page.
