Who Shedletsky is in TIMELESS

Shedletsky is a sentinel Emissary in TIMELESS, the released Roblox 1v8 horror game. Eight living players fill generators with gas, revive with R, carry with C, and hold for the Last 50 Seconds escape. One Entity hunts. Sentinels exist to stun and interrupt. If you queue Shedletsky to farm generators in a closet, you brought a sword to a gas job.

TIMELESS numbers, not a copied kit from another Roblox sword game:

  • Slash — 25 second cooldown. Stun lasts 2 seconds, or 2.7 seconds after a successful Block.
  • Block — 20 second cooldown. Reflects projectiles.
  • Fried Chicken — 30 second cooldown, 20 HP, three uses. Sharing dumps remaining uses.

Those three buttons are why Shedletsky sits S-tier on the emissary tier list. Pair this page with the emissaries roster, how to survive, and how to play Entity so you know what you are stuffing.

BrightEyes is married to Shedletsky and is a second sentinel (Beam Grapple 24s, Periastron stun, light beam, shield) documented on the roster. Two sentinels is a plan. Two sentinels and zero support is a wipe.

Slash — the interrupt

Slash is the reason grab hunters respect the eight. Kolossos Grab is cancellable by sentinels. That is a TIMELESS fact, not flavor. A 2 second stun is enough to break a grab, stop a 007n7 Rush from converting, or make Mr. Doe drop a Charge angle. The extra 0.7 seconds after Block is why Block-into-Slash is the actual combo, not Slash-on-cooldown-in-a-hallway.

Slash rules:

  • Save it for grab, Rush, or a downed teammate about to be finished. A Slash on an Entity who is already leaving is a 25 second donation.
  • After Block, Slash is the 2.7 second version. Take that trade when Ellernate just threw a projectile you reflected.
  • You are not Jane Doe. Jane’s Charge miss applies Slowness III for 3 seconds to her. Your miss is just a cooldown. Still do not whiff on Construction for a clip.
  • Admin is a killable killer. Normal Entities are not health-bar duels. Slash is interrupt, not execute.

Block — reflect, then punish

Block is 20 seconds and reflects projectiles. That sentence is the entire matchup into Ellernate long-range shots and into 007n7’s 15 damage Slowness II projectile (direct hit also swaps positions). If you Block a swap shot, you have done more than a melee sentinel in another game. You have refused a teleport.

Block also sets up the 2.7 second Slash. The sequence is Block the thing that would have hit you, then Slash while the hunter is recovering from their own tool. Do not hold Block as a permanent shield. It is a cooldown. Guest has Helpless for 2 seconds on gravity coil; that is self-peel. Your Block is a team tool. Use it on the projectile that was aimed at the person on a generator, not only at yourself.

Against Kolossos, Block is not the grab cancel. Slash is. Against Zombie King zombies, Block is rarely the answer; the staff and Infection bodies want Slash spacing and a Builderman wall. Against Destroyer Bot and 1x1x1x1, treat Block as anti-projectile insurance until those kits get fuller TIMELESS sheets on the entities roster.

Fried Chicken — three uses, sharing dumps the rest

Chicken is 30 seconds, 20 HP, three uses. Sharing dumps remaining uses. That last clause is how stacks delete the kit. If you share at one use remaining, you have spent the stack. If you share at three because someone pinged for a snack in the lobby, you have donated the sentinel heal.

Chicken rules:

  • Eat after a successful peel, not before a Slash you still need.
  • Share only when the teammate is the revive target and you understand you are dumping leftover uses.
  • Do not chicken in a regen-coil lighthouse next to Guest. One heal, one tell.
  • Three uses is a round resource. Construction rounds are short; spend them. Area 51 rounds are long; hoard them.

HelperBot medkit tech on the roster is a different heal. Builderman Dispenser is 1 HP per 0.3 seconds. Chicken is burst. Stand on a dispenser for ticks. Eat chicken for a 20 HP spike after a grab cancel.

Shedletsky in the 1v8 loop

Start on a generator that has a sightline to the most likely chase path, not the safest closet. You need to walk into the grab. If Noob boomboxes a fake rotate, do not Slash the box. If Jane Doe Charge-peels herself, save Slash for the next hunter cooldown. If Builderman walls a corridor, Slash on your side of the wall so the Entity who breaks it eats stun.

Map notes:

  • Construction — small. Slash range is the whole room. Do not blow Block on a melee claw.
  • Starter Place — medium. Block matters more. Final 50 OST is Not Your Home; still listen for rocket and coil tells.
  • Horror Hotel / Area 51 — projectile maps. Block is the kit. Slash is the punish.
  • Last 50 Seconds — hazards can steal a stun window. Poison, fire, lasers, powerlines, lightning. Do not chicken on a fire patch.

Controls: Q F R T abilities, Left Ctrl shiftlock, V POV, R revive, C carry. You will miss Slash if shiftlock is off and the Entity strafes. Edit binds. See controls and keybinds.

There are no verified public codes as of September 2026. Tix buys hunters such as Ellernate (950) and Zombie King (1200), not a better chicken. See codes. Patches that change Slash duration after Block would drop this S slot; read patch notes.

Hold Slash for the grab you came to cancel, Block the projectile that would have swapped or shredded a generator player, and treat chicken as three round tickets, not a party tray. TIMELESS Shedletsky is the difference between Kolossos eating two people and Kolossos eating stun. If your three uses are gone because you shared at full stack for a joke, you are a sentinel with a 25 second stick and no plan. Save the 2.7 second Slash for the hunter who thought Block was cosmetic.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for TIMELESS rounds, codes, and character picks.

What are Shedletsky's TIMELESS cooldowns?

Slash is 25s (stun 2s, or 2.7s after Block). Block is 20s and reflects projectiles. Fried Chicken is 30s, 20 HP, three uses, and sharing dumps remaining uses.

Can Shedletsky cancel Kolossos grab?

Yes. Kolossos Grab is cancellable by sentinels. Slash is the interrupt. Block is for projectiles, not for grab.

Why does sharing chicken dump uses?

TIMELESS Fried Chicken sharing dumps remaining uses. Share only when you accept that leftover eats are gone.

Should I queue Shedletsky and BrightEyes together?

Yes as a grab plan, no as a full eight. BrightEyes is a second sentinel on the emissaries roster. Still bring stall or mobility.

Does Block stop 007n7 swap?

007n7 projectile swaps on a direct hit and applies Slowness II. Block reflects projectiles, which is the TIMELESS answer to that shot.

Is Shedletsky S-tier?

On the September 2026 emissary tier list yes, as a clean sentinel. The letter is opinion, not an official ladder.
