TIMELESS Emissary tiers
Guest mobility, Shedletsky stun, Builderman stall, Noob disruption, Jane Doe peel — current meta, not official.
How this emissary list is ranked
This is a September 2026 opinion board for TIMELESS on Roblox, not an official Epik Random Games ladder. TIMELESS is a released 1v8 horror game: eight Emissaries fill generators with gas, revive, carry, and hold for the Last 50 Seconds escape while one Entity hunts. Letters here measure how well a living kit does its TIMELESS role — sentinel, support, or survivalist — on the current map pool after the late August 2026 launch and the September balance pass.
S means the kit does that job on most maps without a coordinated eight-stack. A means the kit is strong when teammates actually play around it. B means the kit is real and useful, and also easy to throw. Names without a dedicated page still exist in lobby; they are unranked when this wiki does not have a stable TIMELESS kit. We will not paste Forsaken moves onto TIMELESS names.
Use this page with the tier list hub, the entity tier list, the emissaries roster, and how to survive. Map size lives on the maps guide.
S tier — mobility and a clean stun
Guest — survivalist / mobility. Guest is the best mover in the documented living roster. Gravity coil punch applies Helpless for 2 seconds on a 25 second cooldown, which is a real peel, not a flavor animation. Speed coil has a long windup, so it is a committed rotate, not a panic button. Regen coil heals but lights the area and makes noise, which is a trade, not a free tank. On Construction the coils still matter because chases collapse fast. On wider maps and during Last 50 Seconds hazards (poison, fire, lasers, powerlines, lightning), Guest’s job is to be somewhere the Entity is not. That is why Guest is S: the kit survives first, then does generators.
Shedletsky — sentinel. Slash is a 25 second stun: 2 seconds normally, 2.7 seconds after a Block. Block itself is 20 seconds and reflects projectiles, which is why Shedletsky is not just a melee stick. Fried Chicken is 30 seconds, 20 HP, three uses; sharing dumps remaining uses, so a greedy stack can delete the heal. Shedletsky is S because TIMELESS sentinels exist to interrupt grabs and chases. Kolossos grab is cancellable by sentinels. That single interaction makes a reliable stun more valuable than a flashy self-heal. Pair him with BrightEyes on the roster page if you want two sentinels; do not queue four Swords and call it a composition.
A tier — stall and peel
Builderman — support. Ban Hammer Slam is 22 seconds and applies Helpless for 1 second. Trowel is 23 seconds: a 30 HP wall that lasts 20 seconds, and survivors walk through it. Blueprint is 17 seconds and picks Sentry (30 HP, Slowness I for 2.5 seconds), Rocket Turret (Slowness II for 2 seconds), or Dispenser (1 HP per 0.3 seconds). He sees HelperBot because he created HelperBot. Builderman is A, not S, because stall needs the eight to actually use the wall and the dispenser. A solo Builderman who never places on generator lines is a B player on an A kit. On small Construction, turrets and walls buy the gas the round is about. On huge maps, placement mistakes are free Entity food.
Jane Doe — survivalist peel. Jane does not have a dedicated URL yet; her kit lives on the emissaries roster. Charge is 20 seconds: a punch that applies Slowness II for 1.5 seconds, Helpless for 1 second, and Speed II for 2 seconds, or Slowness III for 3 seconds on a miss. Roll is 21 seconds. She is a survivalist with a corrupted arm from Mr. Doe, and a third ability is planned. Jane is A because a landed Charge is a peel that also moves her, and a missed Charge is a punish. That miss penalty is why she is not S. She is still one of the best answers to a diving Entity when Guest is already taken.
B tier — disruption and extra tools
Noob — disruption. Cart ride, rocket launcher, boombox. Noob is not a silent generator specialist. The cart changes where bodies are. The rocket is a noisy interrupt. The boombox is information and chaos. B tier because the kit is easy to grief with: blasting audio on a stealth rotate, carting into a chase that was already won, or ignoring revive. In a disciplined stack, Noob is the reason an Entity wastes a cooldown. In a random eight, Noob is the reason you get found. Read the character page before you treat him as a joke pick.
BrightEyes — sentinel (roster section). Beam Grapple is 24 seconds with a Periastron stun, plus a light beam and a shield. Married to Shedletsky. BrightEyes is B-to-A depending on whether a second stun is what the eight needs. Two sentinels are excellent against Kolossos grab and against projectile Entities. Two sentinels with zero support is a team that never holds a generator. Keep her in B as a default, then promote her in your own stack if Shedletsky is already locked.
Nikilis — ranged sentinel (roster section). Murderer’s Knife is 15 seconds: Slowness II for 1 second, and a backstab that lasts 2 seconds and charges the revolver. Sheriff’s Revolver is 28 seconds and stuns 0.6–3.5 seconds based on distance, dropping to 0.6 seconds beyond 65 studs. That is a TIMELESS-specific gun, not a generic hitscan. Nikilis is B because spacing the revolver is hard in first-person chaos and because the knife wants a back, not a fair duel. On long hallways (Horror Hotel, Area 51) the gun is better than it looks in a Construction brawl.
Ace — cards (roster section). Magic Trick, Ace Throw, and draws for heal, stun charge, or highlight. Ace is B until more TIMELESS numbers are stable. The kit is real utility with a random draw; do not rank it S on highlight alone.
Unranked, not useless
HelperBot is Builderman’s creation; medkit and push tech existed, and Builderman can see the bot. Combine soldier, Scr1pt3r, Elliot, Mr. Doombringer, BUNNYVISION, Stratus, Ceryl, and Luminos appear in lobby. Several kits are still being balanced after release. This list will not invent their buttons. When a kit is documented the way Guest and Shedletsky are, it gets a letter.
Admin on the entity side is a killable killer, not an emissary. Do not drag Admin into this board.
How to use the letters in a real eight
A good TIMELESS eight is not eight S-tier names. It is at least one sentinel, at least one way to stall or heal, and enough mobility that a down is not a wipe. Example: Guest + Shedletsky + Builderman + five generators. Example: Jane + Shedletsky + Noob on Construction if you want peel and noise. Example: skip a third sentinel if nobody is on gas.
New players should still follow getting started and controls before they argue letters. Entity mains should leave this page and open the entity tier list plus how to play Entity. Tix does not unlock extra emissaries the way it unlocks Ellernate or Zombie King; spend decisions belong on the hunter board. There are no verified public codes as of September 2026; see codes and Discord.
Letters will move after patch notes. If Guest’s coil timings change, this S slot is the first thing to revisit. If Slash loses the extra stun after Block, Shedletsky drops. Until those patches land, treat this board as a current-meta opinion for September 2026, then play the role, not the letter.
When the lobby timer is already ticking, stop theorycrafting a perfect eight and lock the job your stack is missing. If nobody brought a stun, pick Shedletsky. If chases are eating you, pick Guest or Jane. If generators die with no cover, pick Builderman. If the Entity is already scared of walls, pick Noob and make the next cooldown a mistake. That is the only way this opinion list earns a queue.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for TIMELESS rounds, codes, and character picks.
Is this emissary tier list official?
No. It is a September 2026 community opinion after TIMELESS fully released on Roblox. Epik Random Games does not publish emissary ranks.
Why is Guest S-tier?
Guest has the best documented mobility: gravity coil Helpless, speed coil rotate, and a noisy regen trade. Survivalist peel wins more rounds than a second stun on empty generators.
Why is Noob only B-tier?
Noob is disruption. Cart, rocket, and boombox steal Entity time when the stack is disciplined, and they throw rounds when they are not.
Where is Jane Doe if she has no page?
Jane is a survivalist section on the emissaries roster. Charge and Roll are TIMELESS kit facts; a third ability is planned.
Should every eight pick two sentinels?
One reliable stun is the floor. Two sentinels help against Kolossos grab. Zero support plus zero mobility is how an S-tier name still loses.
Does this list apply to Entity?
No. Hunter ranks are on the entity tier list. 007n7 is an Entity in TIMELESS, not an emissary.
